Research Your Products: The more you know about your products the better. Feedback: I have bought a few items on eBay and each time I do, the seller does not fail to send me an email thanking me for the purchase and hoping for future transactions. This is good customer service and shows that the seller cares about his customers rather than just seeing them as numbers. Communicating with yourcustomer after closing a sale is courteous and sending them things like package tracking numbers, shipping company information and postage date without being prompted is a habit that will get you very good feedback on eBay and hence more customers.

Since your email is your primary contact information, it would be in your best interest to regularly check it for just those types of email. Better still get an email address that is devoted to emails for your auctions only.

Paying attention to details: Your product listing pages must include virtually anything, and everything that isnecessary to conclude the transaction. Typical examples of what you need to include are cost of mailing the item, whether you can provide insurance or not, who is your most preferred shipper, the countries you can do business with and your returns policy. Create a very good impression in your customers ' minds by being very professional. You can accomplish This by using the right size of boxes, envelopes and foam or bubble wrap for shock protection. Always use printed labels with the right size of fonts for the destination and return address. Put yourlogo in a prominent position if you have one. Finally, try to mail the package at the rate you already charged your customer.
